Moo Do Ja Seh

Moo Do translates to Martial art or Martial way.

The literal meaning of Ja is "figure" or "attitude" and Seh is "force", although it is commonly known as "stance".

"Moo Do Ja Seh" results when Moo Do Values are understood and strengthened through training.
